a background in interior design & event production
and more than 30 years in successful business management,
Margaret brings both style and substance to every job.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, and now living in California,
Margaret knows what it means to 'do it right.' A recent
client described Margaret as "elegant and sophisticated
with a blue collar work ethic." Margaret sees
herself and her dream team of professional organizers as 'Moving
Architects' because, "We plan, implement
and manage moves all over the world."
There is no blue print for any of this work. Each project is unique and must be treated as such. We orchestrate services including photo inventories, organizers, movers bids, box deliveries, labeling, appraisers and auctioneers, Feng Shui, floor plans, furniture purchases, downsizing, handymen, electricians, contractors, charity pickups, recycling, haulers, nanny services, babyproofing and much more.
Since 1993, Margaret has actively
assisted families and retirees, as well as busy executives,
in managing their moves. She pioneered this industry in Northern
California. Today she offers her assistance throughout California
and around the world.
As a way to give back, Margaret donates
a portion of all proceeds from Changing-Places, Inc. to the National
Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA).
Turning her difficulties into strengths,
Margaret takes nothing for granted and provides her clients
with a laser-like focus unusual in the industry. Providing
excellence is important to Margaret a commitment she
renews each day.
